Rebecca brings a rare combination of military discipline and executive-level operational ownership to the Lyons Capital team. An eight-year veteran of the U.S. military, she built the foundation of her career on the habits that define her work today: clear judgment under pressure, accountability, and the ability to lead through complexity.
That foundation has carried into nearly a decade of senior leadership in the private sector, where Rebecca has served as the trusted right hand to ownership of a multi-million-dollar operating company. Her background spans full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, P&L, balance sheets, AR/AP, payroll, and benefits administration, alongside multi-site operations, vendor management, insurance, and regulatory compliance across a large portfolio of assets. It is the exact discipline a real estate investment platform demands.
